All these data are collected based on the Law No. 1219 on the Execution of Medicine and Medical Arts, the Health Services Fundamental Law No. 3359 and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

This data is shared with the relevant institution, organization or insurance company notified by you for the supervision and financing of health care; In case of legal obligation, it may be shared with relevant public institutions and organizations for the purpose of protecting public health, carrying out preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, and planning and management of health services and their financing.

By contacting us, you can learn about your collected personal data, their processing and transfer, and request the change or deletion of data that you think is incorrect. Your request will be evaluated by us within thirty days at the latest and the result will be notified to you. In cases where the application is rejected, the response is found to be insufficient, or the application is not responded to in due time; “You can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days from the date you learned our answer and probably within sixty days from the date of application.”
